2. Hosting and technical access data

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites. When the site is opened, technical request data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser information and referrer may be processed as needed to serve and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Booking enquiries

The booking form collects your name, email address, event date, venue or city, event type, requested performance format and any details you choose to provide. We use this information only to reply, assess availability and prepare or perform a booking. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps requested before a contract and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for ordinary business communication.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the form. We keep enquiry data only while it is needed for communication, a possible booking, legal claims or statutory record-keeping duties.

4. Formspark

Form submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspark, operated by Trampoline Software SRL, Rue de Marsannay-la-Côte 16, 5032 Mazy, Belgium. Formspark stores and forwards the information entered in the form. It also processes the submitter's IP address, approximate location and request metadata for delivery, security and spam filtering. Submission data is stored until we delete it; deleted submissions remain recoverable for 30 days according to Formspark.

Formspark states that submission storage is located in Ireland and Germany. Its current processor information is available in its privacy policy and subprocessor list .

5. Music, video and social links

Links to YouTube, Instagram and Spotify open those providers only when you choose them. The embedded YouTube video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press the video button. Those providers may then process your IP address, device information and account activity under their own privacy terms.

6. Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregated website use, such as page views, visits, referrers, device types and countries. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting to track individual visitors. We use these statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website and measuring whether it reaches the right audience under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The analytics request is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. More information is available in Cloudflare's privacy policy and its Web Analytics documentation . We do not use advertising pixels on this website. A third-party service may use its own storage after you open an external link or start the YouTube video.

7. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Contact us at the email above to exercise your rights.
